Adante is a musical term. It means “A movement in moderate time, but flowing easily, gracefully.” In Italian, adante literally means “going” or “walking”. It was used to denotes “steadily”, “distinctly”. Nowadays, adante indicates a degree of expression and tenderness, as well as moderately slow tempo. So, this blog will promote drinking coffee as an enjoyable, graceful, and tender moment in life. It will focus on the quality of roasted coffee, manual brewing method, high quality and classy equipment.
I am a member of Slowfood movement and a coffee enthusiate. I love coffee. I roasted coffee myself on a “genecafe” home roaster. I went to India and USA to learn coffee cupping and roasting. Businesswise, I sell and service espresso machines and roast on a 5kg Joper and a soon-to-be-installed environmental friendly smoke suppression system. But this blog is a personal blog and has nothing to do with my business. It is a note on my revival to enjoy good and great coffee. It is a hiding place for daily tedious coffee business.

I found this link from your flickr set. Where can I find good spro in BKK? Bkk is one of my favourite cities to go to on vacation. But I’ve yet to find a good espresso joint. I see the Kees VDW in your pictures. Are they in BKK too?

Hi Colin,
Where do you like to go for espresso in Singapore? What roast degree you like? I can recommend a place that fits your preference.
Yes the Mirage is at my roastery. There are two more in BKK.
